随着经济全球化趋势加快,企业面临着越来越激烈的科技竞争压力,促使专利管理在企业竞争和发展过程中的作用日益突出,本文针对中油管道二公司针对企业特点建立健全专利管理办法和流程,开展长输管道、储罐、场站施工的专利管理工作,为增强企业核心竞争力起到了保障作用。
With economic globalization,enterprises face intense competitive pressure of science and technology,which promotes the role of the patent management in enterprise competition and development.According to the features of The No.2 Subsidiary Construction Company of China Petroleum Pipeline Bureau,this paper perfects the patent management method and process,and implements the patent management of construction of the long distance pipeline,tanks,and stations,promoting the enterprise＇s core competitive ability.
