摘要
本文提出了一种基于新型的件烟分拣入库系统的码垛机械手系统,并给出了系统的工作原理和设计方案。该系统首次应用于湖南中烟工业有限责任公司长沙卷烟厂联合工房物流项目。实践证明,该系统稳定、高效,更有利于仓储系统的管理,有效保证了其动态跟随性能、灵活性以及稳定性。
A stacking robot system based on new case entering warehouse system is described and this article has also given system's principle of work and the design proposal.The system is applied in the logistics project of Changsha Cigarette Factory for the first time.The simulation result shows that the system is more stability and reliability.It is more advantageous to warehousing system management and the product backward.
