An Application Architecture of Clinical Data Warehouse for Medical Institutions

摘要 随着医疗信息化建设的不断深入,许多医疗信息系统被创建出来,产生了大量的数据。目前,这些系统之间相对孤立,兼容性较差,数据共享困难,采用的数据标准不一致,不利于分析决策。文章着重介绍了一种面向医疗机构的数据仓库应用架构,数据仓库可以提供唯一的事实版本,方便医护人员利用仓库中的数据执行数据分析、知识发现和战略战术数据决策。 As medical informatics evolved over time,many medical IT systems were built up,accordingly with a plenty of data.At present time,these isolated systems cannot be well compatible with each other,data sharing and data standard problems emerge a lot.The paper introduces an application architecture of data warehouse for medical institutions,which can provide a single truth of store,and help medics make data analysis,knowledge discovery,and strategic or tactic decisions on top of it.
