黄河中游地区土坝过水方案的论证研究

A Expounding Study on the Project of Spilling over Earth Dam in the Area of Mid-dle Yellow River

针对黄河中游地区数以万计的中小型水库和淤地坝普遍存在的设计标准偏低、工程不配套等问题,近年来提出了一种保坝护坝的新方案——坝面防护过水。本文阐述土坝过水方案在黄河中游地区保坝护坝中的作用和意义,必要性和现实可行性,以及此项工作目前的现状和需要进一步研究解决的问题。

To solve the problems existing in numerous middle arid small reservoirs arid desilting dams such as low design standard, inadequate discharge capacity etc. in the area of Middle Yellow River, a new project has been put forward in recent years , that is , spilling over the earth dam with protected surface. The significance arid the feasibility of the project in protecting the dam in that area are discussed and the present situation arid further problems to be solved are also deseribed in this paper.
