物流职业技能竞赛与项目化教学改革相结合的探索和实践

Exploration and Practice of Combination of Logistics Vocational Skills Competition with the Project-oriented Teaching Reform

本文通过南京工业职业技术学院物流管理专业项目化教学改革的实践案例,对工学结合的人才培养模式改革与创新进行了探讨。提出高职教育应强化学生的岗位技能和综合职业能力培养,把职业技能竞赛与项目化教学改革相结合,将竞赛内容和评判标准制度化地融入项目教学当中,实现课程"教、学、做、赛"一体化管理。

This article discussed the reform and innovation of talent training mode with the combination of working and learning by the practice of project-oriented teaching reform of logistics management specialty in Nanjing Institute of Industrial Technology,proposed that the higher vocational education should strengthen the training of job skills and comprehensive ability of students,combine the vocational skills competition with the projectoriented teaching reform,and integrate the competition content and evaluation standard into the project teaching,to achieve the integrated management of ＂teaching,learning,doing and racing＂.
