摘要
按照高职教育人才培养的需要,阐述了"基于煤矿应用"的电气自动化技术专业人才培养模式的改革与实践过程。通过人才培养方案的应用,全面提高人才培养的质量,同时对同类高职院校的教学改革起到借鉴作用。
In accordance with the needs of personnel training in higher vocational education,the paper described the reform and practice process of training model of electrical automation technology personnel based on coal mine application.This paper tries to comprehensively improve the quality of personnel training through the application of personnel training programs to provide reference for the teaching reform of similar vocational colleges.
