摘要
针对当前地方高校对食品质量与安全专业存在的一些问题,如对实践教学认识不足,开展实践教学的积极性不高;投入经费不足从而影响实践教学的质量;实践教学体系有待完善,实践教学改革有待深化等,并结合专业实际,对该专业实践体系的建设作了初步的探讨。
For the problems in the current food quality and safety specialty in local colleges and universities,such as,lack of knowledge to the practice teaching,not high enthusiasm in carrying out the practice teaching;lack of funds thus affecting the quality of teaching practice;practice teaching system need to be improved,the practice of teaching reform needs to be deepened,and so on,this paper combined with professional practice,and discussed the construction of the system of professional practice.
