复脉抗衰注射液对不稳定性心绞痛患者LPO、SOD、TXB_2和6-K-PGF1a的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的 探讨复脉抗衰注射液对不稳定性心绞痛 (UA)患者血脂质过氧化物 (LPO)、过氧化物岐化酶血栓素B2 (TXB2 )、和 6 酮 PGF1a( 6 K PGF1a)的影响。方法  60例不稳定性心绞痛患者随机分为常规组和治疗组。两组均采用常规治疗 ,治疗组在此基础上加用复脉抗衰注射液 2 0ml,每日 1次 ,连续 7d。观察两组患者用药前后上述各项指标的变化。结果 治疗组的临床总有效率为 90 % ,常规组为73 .3 % ,二者差异显著 (P <0 .0 5 )。治疗后 ,两组患者TXB2 水平均有降低 (P <0 .0 1) ,6 K PGF1a水平均有增高 ( P <0 .0 1) ;但治疗组变化程度大于常规组 ( P <0 .0 1) ;治疗组LPO水平降低、SOD水平增高 (P <0 .0 1) ,常规组则无明显变化 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 该药具有抗脂质过氧化反应 ,清除氧自由基、调整TXB2 与PGI2 平衡的作用 ,加复脉抗衰注射液对UA的治疗作用明显优于常规治疗 。 Objective To investigate the effects of fu mai kang shuai injection(FMKSI) on LPO、SOD、TXB 2 and 6 K PGF1a in patients with unstable angina(UA).Methods 60 patients with UA were divided randomly into routine group(30 patients) and treated group(30 patients).Both groups were treated by routine therapy.In the treated group 20 ml of FMKSI in 100 ml of 10% glucose was infused intravenously once a day for 7 days.The above indicators in UA patients were determined before and after therapy.Results The clinical effective rate in the treated group was greater than that in the routine group(90% vs 73.3%,P<0.05).In both groups the levels of TXB 2 were decreased and the levels of 6 K PGF1a were increased(P<0.01) after therapy,but the extent of the change in the treated group was higher than that in routine group(P<0.01).The level of LPO is decreased and the level of SOD is increased in the treated group,whereas these levels did not show significant changes in the routine group(P>0.05).Conclusions FMKSI had a benefit on inhibiting lipid peroxide reaction,regulated the balance between TXB 2 and PGI 2.Adding FMKSI to the therapy of UA was obviously superior to the routine therapy.Hence it provided the treatment of UA with a new combined Chinese and western medical therapy.
