摘要
目的 :探讨rhIL -lra对实验性肝纤维化的作用。方法 :rhIL -lra为基因工程产物 ,模型采用CCL4 复合因素制备 ,rhIL -lra组同时肌肉注射rhIL -lra ,另设阳性对照组。结果 :免疫组化证明rhIL -lra可抑制I、Ⅲ型胶原和LN的合成及沉积 ;rhIL -lra治疗组血清纤维化指标PcⅢ、CⅣ、LN及HA含量明显下降。结论 :rhIL -lra具有抗肝纤维化作用。
Objective:The aim of this study is to examine the effect of recombinant human IL-lra(rhIL-lra) in blocking the development of experimental hepatic fibrosis. Methods: Rat hepatic fibrosis was induced by carbon tetrachloride (CCl 4), intracutaneously. In rhIL-lra treatment and HPN (hepatoin) treatment groups, rhIL-lra(5mg.Kg -1 .d -1 ) or HPN (5mg.kg -1 .d -1 ) was given intramuscularly. Results:①The decreased degree of hepatic fibrosis and the declined deposition of type Ⅰ,Ⅲ collgen and laminin in the rat liver tissue of rhIL-lra treatment group were observed.②The lower levels of PcⅢ,CⅣ,LN,HA, ALT in serum of rat treated with rhIL-lra and lower cell number in liver tissue were detected, too. Conclusion: The data suggest that the rhIL-lra has inhibitory effect on the developing of hepatic fibrosis induced by CCl 4 in rat
