肺心胶囊对慢性肺心病胸部X线某些指标影响的观察

EFFECTS OF FEI-XIN CAPSULE(FXC) ON SOME PARAMETERS OF CHEST ROENTGENOGRAM IN CHRONIC COR PULMONALE(CCP)

目的 :观察肺心胶囊对 80例慢性肺心病患者治疗前后其胸部X线某些指标的变化情况。方法 :治疗组及对照组分别于治疗前后各摄胸部正位及右前斜位片一次 ,并测量其肺动脉段高度 ,肺动脉园椎高度及右肺下动脉横径。结果 :治疗组治疗后其肺动脉段高度 ,肺动脉园椎高度及右肺下动脉直径 3项指标与治疗前比较皆有明显的降低 (P <0 .0 5～ 0 .0 0 1 ) ,而对照组治疗后仅右肺下动脉横径指标与治疗前有明显降低 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,且其降低程度不及治疗组 (组间治疗后比较 :P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :肺心胶囊在降低本病患者肺动脉高压 ,改善其心肺功能方面有一定优势。

Objective: Some parameters of chest-radiography were observed in 80 patients with chronic cor pulmonale (CCP) befere and after FXC treatment. Methods :Using 500 mA X-ray Machine made by Southwest medical Apparatas Factory in China ,the chest films were obtained by postero-anterior and right anterior oblique position, Films in each group (treated group and control group) were taken before and affer FXC treatment, Then, the heights of pulmonary artery segment and pulmonary conus, and the diameter of right inferior pulmonary artery were measured. Results: After treatment, the above three parameters were significantly lower in the treated group(P<0.05～0.001).In the control group, only right inferior pulmonany artery diameter was found significantly lower after treament. Also, the degree of decrease was smaller in control group than in the treated group. Conclusion: The treatment with FXC is more effective in decreasing the pulmonary arterial mean pressure and improving the heart and lung function in patients with CCP.
