摘要
目的 介绍一种自行研制的自控加压髓内针的结构、使用方法及临床应用情况。方法 临床应用于 30例不同类型的股骨干骨折。结果 术后 3个月有 2 5例患肢关节功能恢复正常 ,另 5例膝关节屈曲可达 70°~ 80°,全部骨折愈合时间平均 14w ,无畸型愈合、延迟愈合及骨不连发生。结论 该加压髓内针具有较强的抗旋转、抗折弯及加压作用 ,具备手术简单 ,创伤小及骨折固定牢靠之优点 ,对骨折的愈合及伤肢关节功能的早期恢复收到了良好效果。
Objective This article presents the structure,usage and clinical application of the auto-control compression intramedullary nail which was designed by the authors.Methods The auto-control compression intramedullary nail was used in 30 patients with different types of fracture of femoral shaft.Results Twenty five patient′s joint function had recovered,5 patient′s knee joint motion could approach 70 to 80 degree.The mean recovery time were 14 weeks.There is no deformity.Conclusion The authors consider that the nails have functions of anti-rotating,anti-curving and compressing,it has advantages of manipulating easier and fixing stably,it has good effects in fracture and joint function recovery.
