频消融髓核成形术治疗颈椎间盘突出症的护理55例

Nursing Intervention in RF Nucleoplasty Treatment in 55 Cases of Cervical Disc Herniation

目的观察护理干预对射频消融髓核成形术治疗颈椎间盘突出症的影响,为临床工作提供参考。方法选择我院2010年12月至2011年11月收治的颈椎间盘突出症患者55例,均采用射频消融髓核成形术治疗,治疗期间给予系统的护理干预。治疗后随访1年,观察临床疗效、术后并发症和护患满意率,并比较护理干预前后患者疼痛程度和焦虑程度的差异。结果经过治疗和护理干预后,患者总有效率为98.18%;术后并发症发生率为7.27%;护患满意率为100.00%。与护理干预前比较,患者疼痛程度和焦虑程度明显下降,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论系统的护理干预对射频消融髓核成形术治疗颈椎间盘突出症有积极的临床意义,值得推广应用。

Objective Observe the nursing intervention in RF nucleoplasty treatment for cervical intervertebral disc protrusion,to provide reference for clinical work.Methods Choose 55 cases of cervical disc herniation from Dec.2010 to Nov.2011,given RF nucleoplasty treatment,during treatment for systemic nursing intervention.After 1 year,observe clinical efficacy,postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction rate,and compared before and after nursing intervention with pain degree and anxiety degree.Results The total effective rate was 98.18%;the incidence of postoperative complications was 7.27%;nurse-patient satisfaction rate of 100%.Compare with before nursing intervention,pain degree and anxiety level decreased,with statistically significant differences（P 0.05）.Conclusions Nursing intervention in RF nucleoplasty treatment for cervical disc herniation with positive clinical significance,it is worthy of popularization and application.
