口服红霉素与吗丁啉联合治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Peroral Erythromycin and Domperidone Therapy Diabetic Gastropathy

目的观察红霉素与吗丁啉联合应用治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫的疗效。方法 62例糖尿病胃轻瘫患者随机分为治疗组32例、对照组30例,治疗组在常规治疗糖尿病的同时,治疗组应用吗丁啉10mg三餐前20~30min顿服,加用红霉素0.25三餐前20~30min顿服,连用4周,对照组只服用莫沙必利5mg三餐前20~30min服,疗程与治疗组相同,比较两组治疗前后的临床症状及X线检查6h钡剂排空情况。结果治疗4周后与对照组比较,治疗组有效率有显著差异（93.8%VS 73.3%,P〈0.05）。结论红霉素与吗丁啉联合应用对糖尿病胃轻瘫有良好的治疗作用。

Objective To evaluate the effects of erythromycin and Domperidone in treatment for patients with diabetic gastropathy（DGP）.Methods Sixty two DG patients were randomly divided into treatment group（n=32） and control group（n=30）.The treatment group received Cisapride（10mg,three times a day,20-30 minutes before meals） and Domperidone（10mg,three times a day,20 minutes before meals） for 4 weeks.The control group received mosapride（5mg,three times a day,20-30 minutes before meals） treatment with the equivalent dosage as the treatmentgroup.Clinical symptoms before and after treatment and The X-ray 6 hours barium emptying were observed and compared between the treatment group and control group.Results After 4 weeks’ treatment,the effective rate in treatment group was significantly different from the control group（93.8% vs 73.3%,P0.01）.Conclusion Treatment of erythromycin in combination with Domperidone shows nice therapeutic effect for diabetic gastroparesis.
