某市2000至2011年流行性乙型脑炎流行病学分析

Analysis of the Epidemic Characteristics of Japanese B Encephalitis in A City During 2000-2010

目的通过对辖区流行性乙型脑炎的流行病学特征分析,制定周口市乙型脑炎预防控制措施提供依据。方法采用Excel软件进行描述性流行病学分析。结果 2000至2011年周口市乙型脑炎发病率呈下降趋势,发病时间集中在7～9月份,年龄分布<15岁占94.48%,散居儿童居多。结论进一步普及乙型脑炎疫苗接种,加强乙型脑炎疫情监测,以农村地区为重点,是降低周口市乙型脑炎发病的主要措施。

Objective In order to provide information for control and prevention Japanese B Encephalitis（JE）,we analyzed the epidemic features of JE in Zhoukou City.Methods To analyze data by the soft of ExceI.Results The incidence of JE decreased during 2000-2010,the morbidity season concentrated from July to September,the patients 15 years old accounted for 94.48%,most of those lived in their family.Conclusion They are necessary methods of decreasing JE incidence.
