经皮穿刺激光椎间盘减压术治疗老年人颈椎间盘突出症的临床体会

Clinical Experience with Percutaneous Laser Treatment of Elderly Patients with Cervical Disc Herniation

目的观察经皮穿刺激光椎间盘减压术治疗老年人颈椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法 52例老年人颈椎间盘突出症均采用Nd：YAG激光经皮穿刺激光椎间盘减压术（PLDD）治疗,用Macnab法评估术后疗效,术后随访1~2年观察短期手术疗效。结果术后3d优良率76.9%,术后6个月优良率82.7%,术后12个月优良率92.3%;术后12个月优良率明显优于术后3d（χ2=4.727273,P=0.029688）。结论经皮穿刺激光治疗老年人颈椎间盘突出症效果显著。

Objective To observe the efficacy of percutaneous laser disc decompression（PLDD）for elderly patients with cervical disc herniation.Method 52 cases of elderly patients with cervical disc herniation were treated with PLDD.Used Macnab method to evaluate the curative effect.Fllow-up of 1 ~2 years to observe short-term efficacy.Results The optimal and good rate after 3 days was 76.9%,82.7% after 6 months and 92.3% after 12 months.There was significant differences between 3 days and 12 months after the treatment（χ2=4.727273,P=0.029688）.Conclusion The clinical efficacy of PLDD for elderly patients with cervical disc herniation is remarkable.
