颅脑危重症患者血糖升高与病情预后关系及护理

Relations and the Care of the Brain Critically Ill Patients with Elevated Blood Sugar and Prognosis

目的探讨颅脑危重病患者的血糖与病情预后之间的关系,并分析颅脑危患者的护理。方法将我院收治的78例颅脑危患者根据其血糖水平的测定,分为高血糖组46例,血糖正常组32例,然后比较两组患者的临床资料和预后分析。结果高血糖组的病死率60.78%显著高于血糖正常组的18.75%;高血糖组里,轻型、中型、重型患者之间的血糖含量比较具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论血糖升高往往是颅脑危重症患者病情加重的反映,这对病情的诊断以及预后和指导治疗意义明显,尤其启示我们,通过有效的护理可以显著提高患者生存率。

Objective To investigate brain glucose in critically ill patients and the relationship between prognosis and analysis of brain-risk patient care.Method In our hospital,78 cases of brain-risk patients according to their glucose levels measured,divided into the group of 46 cases of high blood sugar,blood sugar normal group of 32 patients,and clinical data were compared and prognosis.Results The results of high blood glucose group 60.78% mortality was significantly higher than normal blood glucose group,18.75%;high glucose group,light,medium,heavy blood sugar levels between patients with more significant differences（P0.05）.Conclusion Hyperglycemia in critically ill patients are often sicker brain reflection,which is the diagnosis and prognosis and guide treatment was significant,especially tells us,through effective care can significantly improve patient survival.
