认知行为心理干预对慢性精神分裂症康复作用分析

The Analysis of Cognitive-behavioral Psychological Intervention on the Rehabilitation of Chronic Schizophrenia

目的探讨和分析认知行为心理干预对慢性精神分裂症患者的康复作用,总结其临床价值。方法回顾性分析具有完整临床资料2008年10月至2010年10月来我院就诊的慢性精神分裂症患者100例,随机分为观察组和对照组,两组患者均给予相同的常规抗精神病药物治疗,对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组患者在进行常规护理的基础上给予认知行为心理干预,采用SAS、SDS、IPROS评分评价两组治疗的效果。结果经干预治疗后,入组2个月后SAS、SDS、IPROS评分均比入组时具有显著性下降(P<0.05)。观察组评分下降比对照组更为显著(P<0.05)。结论认知行为心理干预对改善慢性精神分裂症患者的病情具有较为明显的效果,能提高患者生活自理能力,对促进慢性精神分裂症患者的康复具有重要作用,值得临床借鉴和推广。

Objective To explore and analyze the psychological intervention on cognitive behavior of patients with chronic schizophrenia rehabilitation,summarize its clinical value.Methods A retrospective analysis of clinical data with complete 2008 October-2010 October to our hospital for chronic schizophrenic patients in 100 cases,were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,two groups of patients were given the same conventional antipsychotic medication,patients in the control group using conventional nursing,observation group patients in routine care on the basis of cognitive behavior intervention,using SAS,SDS,IPROS score in the evaluation of therapeutic effect of two groups.Results After the intervention after treatment in group SAS,after February,SDS,IPROS score were compared in groups with significantly decreased（P0.05）.The observation group than the control group score decreased more significantly（P0.05）.Conclusions Cognitive behavior intervention on chronic schizophrenia patients have obvious effect,can improve patient＇s self-care ability,to promote the chronic schizophrenia patients in rehabilitation plays an important role,is worth the clinical reference and popularization.
