羊膜移植和球结膜遮盖治疗真菌性角膜溃疡的疗效比较

Comparison of Amniotic Membrane Transplantation and Conjunctival Cover Treatment of Fungal Corneal Ulceration Curative Effect

目的比较羊膜移植与结膜瓣遮盖在真菌性角膜溃疡治疗中的临床疗效。方法我院2007年1月至2009年12月行羊膜移植术治疗真菌性角膜溃疡48例48眼为治疗组,2004年1月至2006年12月行结膜瓣遮盖手术治疗的真菌性角膜溃疡30例30眼为对照组,比较2组临床疗效。结果羊膜移植组(治疗组),治愈44例44眼,治愈率为91.67%,经统计学处理,疗效优于对照组(χ2=7.730,P<0.05)。结论羊膜移植治疗真菌性角膜溃疡是一种方便、安全。

Objective To compare amniotic membrane transplantation and conjunctival flap covering in the treatment of fungal corneal ulcer the clinical efficacy.Methods The hospital from January 2007 to December 2009 for implementation of amniotic membrane transplantation fungal corneal ulceration in 48 patients 48 eyes as treatment group,from January 2004 to December 2006 implementation of surgical treatment of conjunctival flap cover fungal corneal ulceration 30 cases of 30 eyes as control group,the clinical curative effect of the 2 groups were compared.Results The amniotic membrane transplantation group（treatment group）,44 eyes of 44 patients were cured,the cure rate was 91.67%.The statistics processing,curative effect was better than the control（χ2=7.730,P0.05）.Conclusion Amniotic membrane transplantation for treatment of fungal corneal ulcer is a convenient,safe and effective treatment methods.
