乳腺癌p53基因表达的实验研究 被引量:10

摘要 64研究乳腺癌p53基因的表达。方法应用SP免疫组化染色法检测20例乳腺纤维瘤和86例乳腺癌p53基因表达。结果20例乳腺纤维瘤全部阴性,86例乳腺癌中28%表达阳性,p53蛋白阳性与乳腺癌组织学分级、淋巴结转移显著相关(P<0.05),与肿瘤大小、组织学类型和病人年龄无关。结论p53不仅与细胞癌变有关,而已参与癌细胞的浸润和转移过程。
