摘要
本文通过对山东万杰医学院2008级和2009级护理专业专科学生发放《就业指导调查问卷》,初步了解了我校护理专业学生的就业意向。通过分析影响学生就业选择的各种因素,旨在找出适合我院学生实际情况的就业指导方法,提高学生在就业市场的竞争能力。
This article through to the Shandong Wanjie medical school 2008 level and 2009 level nursing specialty students ＂employment guidance issued Questionnaire＂.Through the analysis of the influence of students’ employment choice various factors,to find out the suitable for our college students’ actual situation of employment guidance method,improve students’employment competitive ability in the mafket.
