氦氖激光血管内照射对老年心绞痛患者血浆颗粒膜蛋白-140等的影响

Effect of He-Ne laser intravascular irradiation on Plasma GMP-140,6-K-PGF1α,TXB2 in elderly patients with angina pectoris

摘要 目的 观察氦氖激光血管内照射 (ILIB)后老年心绞痛患者血浆 -颗粒膜蛋白 140(GMP - 140 )、6 -酮 -前列腺素 1α(6 -K -PGF1α)、血栓素B2 (TXB2 )的改变 ,为其临床治疗缺血性心脏病提供依据。方法 采用放免法测定不稳定性心绞痛 (UAP)、稳定性心绞痛 (SAP)患者 ,ILIB治疗前后血浆GMP - 140、6 -K -PGF1α、TXB2的改变。结果 老年心绞痛患者血浆GMP - 140、TXB2、TXB2 / 6 -K -PGF1α较健康组明显增高 (P <0 .0 1~ 0 .0 0 1) ,以不稳定性心绞痛组尤为明显 ,高于稳定性心绞痛组 (P <0 .0 1)。ILIB治疗后可使患者血浆GMP - 140、TXB2、TXB2 / 6 -K -PGF1α下降 (P <0 .0 5 )。如GMP - 140 ,治疗前后UAP组分别为 (6 0 .7± 2 1.9)ng/ml,(47.2± 18.9)ng/ml;SAP组为 (43.9± 17.4)ng/ml,(30 .6± 11.3)ng/ml。结论 本研究证明老年心绞痛患者血小板活化程度较健康组明显增高 ,而UAP患者血小板的活化程度较SAP更为增强。ILIB能够防止血小板的过度活化 ,可能是其用于治疗缺血性心脏病的机制之一。 Objective In order to observe the effect of He-Ne laser intravascular irradiation on plasma granular membrane protein-140(GMP-140),6-ketone-prostaglandin F1α(6-K-PGF1α),thromboxane B2(TXB2) of old persons with angina pectoris,and provide a clinical basis for ischemic heart disease.Methods 22 cases with unstable angina pectoris(UAP) and 20 stable angina pectoris(SAP) cases were radiated with low energy He-Ne laser via elbow,which was 630 nm,1.5 mW,last 1 h/per time for 10 times.Before and after laser treatment,the GMP-140,6-K-PGF1α and TXB2 were detected.Results Generally,the levels of GMP-140,TXB2,and TXB2/6-K-PGF1α in angina pectoris patients were higher than those of healthy persons.After laser irradiation,the levels of GMP-140,TXB2/6-K-PGF1α were reduced when compared with pre-irradiation(P<0.05).Conclusion It indicates that platelet activity in elderly patients is higher than that of healthy persons.While the He-Ne laser may decrease the platelet activity ,especially in UAP patients;so it is an effective therapy for AP patients.Probably,this is one of mechanisms in treating ischemic heart disease.
