Experimental Study on the Prime-cultured Corneal Endothelial Cells in Rabbits

目的研究培养家兔角膜内皮细胞 ,为实验研究提供基础。方法体外培养家兔角膜内皮细胞并做电镜鉴定。结果细胞 3d后开始从组织块边缘生出 ,1周后组织块周围长出细胞晕 ,3周后开始融合 ,传代。结论经相差倒置显微镜和电镜证实为角膜内皮细胞。

ObjectiveTo provide a sound basis for experimental research by cultivation of endothelial cells from rabbit cornea.MethodsEndothelial cells from rabbit cornea were cultivated in vitro and identified by electron microscopy.ResultsThe endothelial cells began to outgrow from borders of cell mass after 3 days of cultivation,and haloes were formed round the cell mass after 7 days.Subculture was carried out when cells became confluent after 3 weeks.ConclusionThe subcultured cells are confirmed as corneal endothelial cells under inverted phase contrast microscope and electron microscope.
