教师的“情绪地理”及其优化策略 被引量:6

摘要 教师需要给学生提供情感抚慰和支持,需要研究和管理教学工作中的情感,教师劳动具有"情感特征"。教师的"情绪地理"包括社会文化距离、道德距离、专业距离、政治距离和物理距离等五个维度,受到个体因素、学校因素和社会经济文化等的影响。教师重绘"情绪地图",学校完善"情绪课程",社会释放"环境压力",是形成积极的教师情绪,保证教学工作更加流畅的优化策略。
