一种驱鼠涂料驱鼠效果观察

Observation on the Effect of a Reppellent Paint against Rats

目的 :了解驱鼠涂料驱鼠效果。方法 :采用食物接受试验、暴露试验和现场试验评价的方法。结果 :食物接受试验对大白鼠K值为 86 .90 ,对褐家鼠K值为 93.775。暴露试验咬破数 :对大白鼠 ,A对照为 3/3,B处理为 0 /3,C对照 /处理为 3/3/0 /3;对褐家鼠 ,A对照为 3/3,B处理为 1/3,C对照 /处理为 3/3/0 /3。现场试验 ,10个点中有 6个点对照的包被咬破 ,而处理点均未被咬破。结论 :试验表明该涂料有一定驱鼠效果。

This paper reported the repellent effect of a repellent paint against rat. Main active ingredient of this repellent paint is artificial chilli compound. K value with diet acceptance trial against white rat (Wistar) and Rattus norvegicus was respectively 86.9 and 93.775. Bitten number of exposing trial: with white rat, A comparison 3/3, B treatment 0/3, C comparison/treatment 3/3 / 0/3. With R.n .,A comparison 3/3, B treatment 1/3, C comparison/treatment 3/3 / 0/3. Bitten number of comparison and treatment with field trial was respectively 6/10 and 0/10. The result showd that this rat reppellent paint have better reppellent effect against rats.
