摘要
利用新型捕收剂,采用单一反浮选的方法对沙特某低品位胶磷矿进行浮选试验,考察了磨矿细度、浮选时间、抑制剂和捕收剂用量对精矿P2O5品位和P2O5回收率的影响。结果表明,当原矿P2O5品位为19.60%,磨矿细度-0.074mm占60%,浮选时间1.5min,抑制剂用量11.09kg/t,捕收剂用量1.0kg/t时,可以获得P2O5品位32.23%、P2O5回收率86.86%的磷精矿。
A new collector was adopted in the flotation of Saudi low grade collophanite. The effects of grinding size, flotation time, dosages of collector and depressor on the grade and recover- y of P2 O5 in phosphate concentrate were investigated. The re- suits of the experiments showed that a phosphate concentrate with PzOs grade 32.23%~ and PzO5 recovery 86.86 % could be a- chieved when the grade of raw ore was 19.60 %, grinding fine- ness of -0. 074ram was 60 %, flotation time was 1.5rain, dosa- ges of depressor was 11. 09 kg/t, and dosages of collector was 1.0 kg/t.
