中国收入分配差距引致环境问题的实证研究

An Empirical Research of Environmental Issues Caused by Chinese Income Gap

利用我国1995～2009年的数据,对收入分配差距与环境污染及政府治理环境的投资行为之间的关系进行分析。研究表明:收入分配差距与环境污染之间存在正相关的关系,收入分配差距的扩大加剧了环境污染;收入分配差距导致政府环境治理投资的效果大打折扣,缩小收入差距是提高政府环境治理效果的有效手段;收入分配差距对环境的影响会随着经济发展水平的提高而有所缓解。

Based on the data from 1995 to 2009,a study on the relationship among income gap,environmental pollution and the investment behavior of governmental governance has been made.The evidence shows that there is a positive relationship between income gap and environmental pollution,that is to say,the widening of income gap could lead to environmental degradation.Due to income gap,the effect of government investment on environmental governance is watered down.Therefore,narrowing the income gap is an effective way to improve environmental governance.The impact of income gap on environment will be minimized with the improvement of economic development.
