摘要
自2000年中国和东盟领导人提出建立中国—东盟自由贸易区的构想以来,双方全面区域经济合作的框架不断完善,尤其是《投资协议》的签署,为中国对东盟直接投资创造了良好的条件。近年来中国对东盟直接投资的规模逐步扩大、领域逐步拓宽、投资增长迅速,但仍存在总体规模较小、产业结构不合理、区域分布不平衡等问题。应积极采取加强政府宏观引导、提升企业竞争能力、调整投资领域等策略,促进中国对东盟的直接投资得以更好的发展。
In 2000,the leaders of China and ASEAN proposed to establish the China-ASEAN Free Trade Area.From then on,the framework of bilateral and regional economic cooperation has been improved continuously.The ＂Agreement on Investment＂ is signed to ensure a favorable environment for Chinese direct investment in ASEAN.In recent years,China has expanded the scale of investment in ASEAN.Moreover,the field of investment has been gradually broaden and investment is growing rapidly.But there are still some problems such as the small scale in general,an irrational industrial structure,regional distribution imbalance,etc..Therefore,it is of great importance to strengthen macroeconomic regulation,improve the competitiveness of enterprises and adjust investment directions in order to promote the development of direct investment in ASEAN.
