旅游产业集群化是少数民族地区旅游业快速发展的重要途径,而要保持集群持续的竞争优势就必须对旅游产业集群进行治理。提供了一个有关旅游产业集群治理的分析框架,并以湘西自治州旅游产业集群发展为例,探讨了少数民族地区旅游产业集群治理的必要性以及影响旅游产业集群治理因素,提出了湘西自治州旅游产业集群治理的构想和对策。

Industrial cluster is an important approach for the rapid development of tourism industry in minority areas,and it＇s necessary to operate cluster governance if the tourism industry wants to keep its competitive advantage.This paper provides an analysis framework on cluster governance on tourism industry,takes an example for tourism industry cluster in Xiangxi autonomous prefecture,explores the necessity and the influence factors of cluster governance on tourism industry in minority areas,and puts forward the conception and countermeasures of cluster governance on tourism industry in Xiangxi autonomous prefecture.
