RP-HPLC法测定骨痹宁胶囊中丹酚酸B的含量

Content Determination of Salvianolic Acid B in Gubining Capsules by RP-HPLC

目的:建立测定骨痹宁胶囊中丹酚酸B含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为Dikma DiamonsilTM C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-乙腈-甲酸-水(30:10:1:59),检测波长为286nm,流速为1.0mL·min-1。结果:丹酚酸B进样量在0.276～2.760μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系(r=0.9999);平均加样回收率为98.91%,RSD=2.41%(n=9)。结论:本法简便、准确、重复性好,适用于骨痹宁胶囊中丹酚酸B的含量测定。

OBJECTIVE：To establish a method to determine the content of salvianolic acid B in Gubining capsule.METHODS：The content of salvianolic acid B was determined by HPLC.The separation was carried out on a Dikma DiamonsilTM C18 （250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）column with the mixture of methanol-acetonitrile-formic acid-water （30：10：1：59） as a mobile phase at the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1 and detection wavelength was set at 286 nm.RESULTS：The linear range of salvianolic acid B was 0.276～2.760 μg（r=0.999 9） with an average recoveries of 98.91%（RSD=2.41%,n=9）.CONCLUSION：The method is simple,accurate and reproducible and can be used to determine the content of salvianolic acid B in Gubining capsule.
