According to the ＂ national science and technology progress monitoring report＂, the paper generally analyzes the science and technology progress status in Guizhou province during the ＂llth five -year＂ period . deeply analyzes the index of low level and fast falling problems , trying to find out the reason why the progress level of science and technology in the national qualifying is stagnan. It further studies the characteristics of Guizhou provincial science and technology progress level, aiming at proposing the corresponding solutions to current problems.
