通过建构以战略制定为中心,战略定位、资源为相互影响因素的理论模型,结合浙江传化农业科技园实例,探究其成功因素。传化农业近几年取得良好的收益关键在于其对产品、市场、渠道的明确定位,并依托母公司雄厚的资金实力,良好的品牌效应,资本化运作的方式使其具备竞争对手即刻所不能复制的资源;同时传化集团把企业文化、企业精神折射到园区的搭建之中,发挥了企业体制灵活、创新能力强的优势。
Through the construction of strategic development, location and resources, by combining with the successful agricultural science and technology park of Zhejiang province. Transfar has made good gains in recent years, the key lies in its clear position of products, markets and channels, with the help of the mother company' s strength, like capital, good brand and mode. And at the same time, the Group reflects the culture and spirit to the park.
