通过建构以战略制定为中心,战略定位、资源为相互影响因素的理论模型,结合浙江传化农业科技园实例,探究其成功因素。传化农业近几年取得良好的收益关键在于其对产品、市场、渠道的明确定位,并依托母公司雄厚的资金实力,良好的品牌效应,资本化运作的方式使其具备竞争对手即刻所不能复制的资源;同时传化集团把企业文化、企业精神折射到园区的搭建之中,发挥了企业体制灵活、创新能力强的优势。
Through the construction of strategic development, location and resources, by combining with the successful agricultural science and technology park of Zhejiang province.
