校内外“教学企业”管理运行体系的构建与研究

提出本校围绕国家骨干高职院校建设目标,进行"校企双主体"人才培养模式的改革,建立校内外"教学企业"管理运行体系的思路和做法,讨论校企合作办学建设"教学企业"的重要性以及相应的政策保障和组织保障,"教学企业"管理运行体系的管理体制、组织架构、职责权限、运行机制、管理制度、评估考绩等方面的问题。

This paper put forward our school surround national college in the framework senior higher vocational school construction target, carry on the reform of ＂ double corpus in school and enterprise＂ Talent Cultivation Model and build up the way of thinking and way of doing of ＂ teaching enterprise＂ Outside the school, discussed the importance of school and enterprise cooperation build up ＂ teaching enterprise＂ and correspond policy guarantee and organization guarantee, management and circulates system for ＂ teaching enterprise＂ in managing the system, organization structure, job legal power, circulate a mechanism, management system and evaluate the problem of year - end review etc.
