摘要
从技术创新投入产出角度设计评价指标,综合使用数据包络分析(DEA)方法中的模型,以2009年至2010年的陕西省科技统计年鉴数据为依据,对陕西省能源化工各个行业的R&D人力资源的总效率、技术效率、规模效率进行分析研究,分析结果显示,陕西省能源化工工业R&D人力资源效率普遍不高,平均效率仅为71.4%。
Firstly, the evaluation criteria of R＆D human resource efficiency of energy and chemical industry was established from the view of input and output . Secondly, the DEA models were employed to evaluate the efficiency of R＆D human resource with the data of 2009 and 2010 Shaanxi science and technology statistical yearbook. Results showed that the efficiency of R＆D human resources of energy and chemical industry was not high, its average value only reached 71. 40%.
