摘要
对产业结构与人才结构的互动关系进行理论研究和实证分析,表明目前我国产业结构与人才结构是相互偏离的,而新兴产业的发展可以缓解当前的偏离程度;指出新兴产业对现有人才结构提出的新的挑战;提出符合新兴产业发展的人才结构优化对策,以保证新兴产业的顺利发展。
Through theoretical and empirical analysis on the interaction between industrial structure and personnel structure, it first indicates that the current personnel structure of China is deviated from industrial structure. And the development of emerging industries can alleviate the current deviation. Then it poses new challenges on the existing personnel structure. At last, it proposes personnel structure optimization strategies which are consistent with the development of emerging industries in order to ensure the smooth development of new industries.
