摘要 从比表面积、筛余、粒度分布等方面研究了5种助磨组分对转炉钢渣粉磨的作用效果,并探讨了助磨组分对钢渣微粉活性、流动度等性能的影响。结果表明:助磨剂对钢渣微粉的粉磨均有一定的助磨作用,80μm筛余显著降低,45μm筛余量变化不明显;同时使初凝时间延长,终凝时间缩短。掺入0.05%酰胺化合物的7、28 d活性指数较空白样增加了8.64%和5.93%。 Effect of five kinds of grinding aids on grinding performance of steel slag was studied by determining specific surface area,sieve over-size,particle size distribution.The impact of grinding aids on the performance of steel slag power was also studied.The results show that all grinding aids have good grinding effect on steel slag,and the fineness of 80 μm were decreased.But there was little change with the sieve over size of 45 μm.The initial setting time of samples with grinding aids increased and the final setting time was decreased.The activity index of sample with 0.05% modified amide was increased 8.64% and 5.93% at 7 d and 28 d respectively,compared with sample without grinding aids.
