摘要 为有效改善聚合物改性多孔水泥混凝土(PMPC)的力学性能,在混合料中加入粉煤灰、硅灰等矿物掺和料。优化了PMPC中矿物掺和料的掺量,研究了矿物掺和料对其强度性能、透水性能、表面功能性的影响,并提出了PMPC的结构模型,揭示了PMPC的强度形成机理。试验结果表明:在混合料中加入10%掺量的粉煤灰或6%掺量的硅灰,其28 d抗压强度分别达到23、47 MPa,28 d抗折强度分别达到5.2、5.9 MPa,透水系数分别达到0.36、0.34 cm/s,其表面构造深度可达到1 mm以上,表面抗滑摆值可达到40 BPN以上。 In order to improve the mechanical performance of polymer modified porous concrete(PMPC for short),the mineral admixtures,including fly ash and silicon fume,are added into the concrete.Studies the optimum dosage of the mineral admixtures,the influence of the mineral admixtures on the strength performance,permeability performance and the surface function performance.The microscopic test of SEM are used to explore the improve mechanism of the mineral admixtures.The test results indicate that:the dosage of 10% fly ash or of 6% silicon fume is the optimum dosage.At these dosages of the mineral admixtures,the 28 d compressive strength can reach 23,47 MPa,the 28 d flexible strength can reach 5.2,5.9 MPa;the permeability coefficient can reach 0.36,0.34 cm/s,meeting the specification of road drainage.The surface function is good while the surface depth can reach above 1mm and the slide resistance coefficient can reach above 40 BPN.
