摘要
为探讨水泥+矿渣微粉+石粉复合胶凝材料体系的可行性,采用砂浆进行了不同掺量矿渣微粉和石粉代替水泥的试验研究。研究结果表明:在高石粉含量的石屑砂浆中,随着矿粉掺量增加,砂浆强度呈现先增加后降低的趋势。从28 d砂浆强度不降低的角度考虑,矿粉最大掺量为50%。在水泥+30%(或50%)矿粉的胶凝材料体系中,以适量石粉取代部分水泥对砂浆28 d强度影响不大,石粉取代量以7%左右为宜。对于高石粉含量花岗岩石屑,可采用水泥+矿粉+石粉的复合胶凝材料体系,利用石屑中的部分石粉取代水泥,为解决高石粉含量石屑配制混凝土问题起到了一定的指导作用,同时也达到降低混凝土成本的目的。
In order to explore the feasibility of cementitious composite material systems consisted of cement,slag and stone powder,slag and stone powder instead of cement with different dosages in stone chips mortar are studied.The results show that: The strength of stone chips mortar with high content stone powder increases at first,and then decreases when the content of slag powder increases.The maximum dosage of slag powder is 50% considering on keeping up 28 d mortar's strength.Stone powder which moderately replaces cement in cementitious material system consisted of cement and 30% or 50% slag powder has little effect on the 28 d mortar strength,and the most appropriate percentage is around 7%.For granite stone chips with high content stone powder,the cementitious composite material systems consisted of cement,slag and stone powder,and partly substituting stone powder in stone chips for cement can be used,which not only plays a guiding role in the preparation of concrete for stone chips with high content stone powder,but also reduces the cost of concrete.
