摘要
现浇混凝土肋梁屋盖的边界处于非完全约束状态。梁肋存在板中平面内位移u≠0及挠梁轴单位杆长的转角θ≠0。变温引起的板中面应变ε0及中面弯曲曲率κ0有别于边缘构件完全柔性或完全刚性的情况。采用试验应力分析方法研究中面平均变温T0及上下缘温差ΔT对非完全约束屋面板内力的影响。得到边界非完全约束屋面板温度应力分布的若干特征。
The boundary beams of cast-in-situ concrete ribs roof are in non-absolute constraint condition.There are displacements u≠0 along the plate's middle plane and rotation Angle θ≠0 around beam's axis in plate edge.Therefore,the strain caused by average variable temperature T0 of plate's middle plane and the curvature caused by temperature difference ΔT between the top and bottom of the plate,are difference from boundary fully flexible or complete rigid.Experimental stress analysis method was used to study the influence on internal forces of the non-absolute constraint plate,produced by T0 and ΔT.Some temperature stress distribution characteristics of non-absolute constraint roof plate are revealed.
