摘要
目的：对综合医院药房管理的特点进行分析.方法：根据综合药房中对药品方面、人员方面、药学服务方面各方面管理特点进行分析.结果：每一方面管理特点都存在着优势和不足,就药房管理的总体来看,尚需进行相应的分析和调整.结论：在讨论分析中发现药品方面管理、人员方面管理的管理特点后,需要就这些不足进行了一些相关的调整,进而使综合药房在以后的应用中有更好的发展.
Objective： To analyze the characteristics of the General Hospital pharmacy management. Methods： According to the comprehensive pharmacy medicines, personnel, pharmacy services management features. Results： every aspect of the management features with advantages and disadvantages of the whole of the pharmacy management and will require analysis and adjustment. Conclusion： medicines management, personnel management, management features found in the discussion and analysis, these deficiencies were related to adjustment, thereby enabling better development in future applications, the integrated pharmacy.
