易感癌基因BRCA-1及其在乳腺癌癌肿组织中的表达

摘要 乳腺癌易感基因（breast cancer susceptibility gene 1,BRCA-1）是遗传性乳腺癌特异性抑癌基因,BRCA-1 基因突变与乳腺癌的发生具有高度相关性.本文复习了BRCA-1 基因与蛋白结构、功能,及其常见的突变方式,包括错义突变、无义突变、缺失突变、插入突变等,对BRCA-1 基因变异的乳腺癌癌肿的组织学特征及免疫组化特点做了综述,并对目前的治疗与热点问题进行了展望.随着研究的深入,BRCA-1 基因变异的检测可用于乳腺癌发病风险的预测,而纠正基因变异则为其治疗提供了新的途径,也是研究的热点内容之一.
