血尿酸测定对痛风诊断的临床研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:研究血尿酸浓度的变化与痛风病诊断的联系.方法:选取2008-2011 年间在我院接受治疗的痛风患者90例,作为实验组(A 组),再随机从正常健康人群中抽取90 例作为对照组(B1 组),并选取我院接收的高尿酸血症患者90 例作为对照组(B2 组),分别检测A 组、B1 和B2 组中男性患者与女性患者的血尿酸水平,并分别将A 组和B1 组,A 和B2 组中通性别之间的血尿酸水平进行对比.结果:A 组男性患者血尿酸为(503.4±106.7)μmol/l,女性为(403.4±56.7) μmol/l ;B1 组的男性为(343.5±73.5)μmol/l,女性为(258.8±59.8)μmol/l;B2 组的男性为(469.5±49.1)μmol/l,女性为(399.8±103.9)μmol/l,A组的血尿酸含量要远远高于B1 和B2 组.结论:体内血尿酸浓度的测定,对临床上通风的诊断具有重大参考价值.
