摘要
目的：分析针对急性上消化道出血病例采取中西医结合治疗方案的临床效果.方法：随机选择2011 年5 月-2012 年3 月的88 例急性上消化道出血病例,划分为结合组与单一组,采取不同治疗方法,疗程结束后分析大便隐血试验结果 及药效.结果：结合组有效率93.2%,明显高于单一组的有效率72.7%,有差异性（P＜0.05）.结论：针对急性上消化道出血病例采取中西医结合治疗方案可获得显著疗效.
Objective： To analyze the clinical effects of acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding cases take the Integrative Medicine program.
