摘要
本文研究了在烷基过氧化物的作用下马来酸酐和聚苯乙烯于挤出机中进行的嫁接反应,讨论了马来酸酐浓度、引发剂的结构及浓度对酸酐嫁接率和引发剂引发效率的影响,发现引发剂浓度的影响大于马来酸酐浓度的影响,增加引发剂的浓度,可显著提高马来酸酐嫁接率。
By using,alkyl peroxide as initiator,maleic anhydride reacted with poly-styrene in extruder to obtain the maleic anhydride grafted polystyrene.Theinfluences of the concentration of maleic anhydride,the structure and concen-tration of initiators on graft efficiency and initiation efficiency have beendiscussed.It was found that the effect of concentration of initiator on thegraft efficiency is much higher than that of concentration of maleic anhydride.With increasing concentration of initiator,the graft efficiency could be dra-matically enhanced.
