丁苯酞联合羟乙基淀粉治疗发病24h内急性进展性腔隙性脑梗死疗效观察

Curative Effect Observation of Treatment with Butylphthalide and Hydroxyethyl Starch for Patients with Progressive and Lacunar Cerebral Infarction in 24h

目的 观察丁苯酞联合羟乙基淀粉、拜阿司匹林、氯吡格雷治疗急性进展性腔隙性脑梗死的疗效.方法 对92例确诊为发病24h内急性进展性腔隙性脑梗死病人随机分为丁苯酞联合羟乙基淀粉＋拜阿司匹林、氯吡格雷组（治疗组）32例及拜阿司匹林＋氯吡格雷组（对照组）30例、单用拜阿司匹林组（单药组）30例.经治疗7d后分别进行治疗前后三组的神经功能缺损情况、认知功能和预后情况比较.结果 治疗组神经功能缺损程度、认知功能较对照组和单药组减轻,具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;对照组神经功能缺损程度较单药组减轻,具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）,而后两组认知功能评分比较不具有统计学意义（P＞0.05）.结论 治疗组治疗发病24h内急性进展性腔隙性脑梗死能够改善神经功能缺损和认知功能.

Objective To investigate the efficacy of patients with progressive and lacunar cerebral infarction in 24h. Methods 92 patients with progressive and lacunar cerebral infarction in 24h were randomly divided into butylphthalide united with hydroxyethyl starch,aspirin and clopidogrel group（treatment group） and aspirin united with clopidogrel group（control group）,only aspirin group（simple group）.The neurologic impairment,cognitive function and prognosis were compared among the three groups before and after 7d treatment.Results The neurologic impairment,cognitive function of the butylphthalide united with hydroxyethyl starch,treatment group was significantly decreased than that of the control group and the simple group,which had statistical significance（P 〈 0.05）;The neurologic impairment of the control group was significantly decreased than that of the simple group,which had statistical significance（P 〈 0.05）,the cognitive function of the two groups had no statistical significance（P 〉 0.05）.Conclusion Butylphthalide and hydroxyethyl starch for patients with progressive and lacunar cerebral infarction in 24h can improve the neurologic function and the cognitive function.
