急性脑梗死合并心房颤动的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Acute Cerebral Infarct with Atrial Fibrillation

目的 探讨急性脑梗死并发心房颤动（atrial fibrillation,Af）的临床特点.方法 回顾性分析2009年7月～2011年8月收治的570例急性脑梗死患者的临床资料,对其中100例合并有Af的患者从年龄构成、Af的临床类型、病因以及临床表现进行了探讨.结果 急性脑梗死合并有Af患者占17.54%,其中男性所占比例较大,年龄分布于76～85岁者居多,89%为持续性Af,83%的脑梗死患者为颈内动脉系统,临床表现重,死亡率高达13%.结论 Af为急性脑梗死患者发病的重要危险因素,其致残率及致死率较高,应早发现、早诊断,同时早期给予相应的临床干预,能减少急性脑梗死的发病率.

Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of acute cerbral infarct with atrial fibrillation（Af）.Method A retrospective analysis was carried out on 570 cases of acute cerebral infarct from July 2009 to August 2011,and discussed the age composition,clinical types and etiology of Af, clinical manifestations of the 100 cases which were associated with Af.Result Acute cerebral infarct with Af accounted for 17.54% of the patients,the males proportion was larger, the majority aged in 76 years to 85 years,89% patients were persistent Af, the position of 83% patients was the internal carotid artery, the clinical manifestation was serious,and the mortality rate achieved 13%.Conclusion Af was an important risk factor of acute cerebral infarction,its morbidity and mortality was higher, so early detection,diagnose and appropriate could reduce the incidence of acute cerebral infarction.
