Al(OH)_3阻燃聚丙烯的研究

A Study on Flame—Retardant PP with AI(OH)_3

本文通过正交优化法设计和对实验结果进行数据处理分析,找出了能够满足PP 阻燃的最佳配方。该阻燃体系采用 Al(OH)_3为主阻燃剂,辅以 CP—Sb_2O_3体系,其阻燃性能达到 GB-2408-80/Ⅱ-15级标准,且无滴落物,烟雾少,综合性能较好。同时,还探讨了体系的阻燃机理。

By means of orthogonal optimization method and data analysis,the optimumformulations of flame—retardant PP have been found.This flame—retardantsystem containing Al(OH)_3,CP and Sb_2O_3,etc shows no dripping,lesssmoking and good satisfaction to National Standard GB 2408—80/Ⅱ—15.And,its mechanism has been discussed also.
