摘要
目的:探讨中医中药治疗老年Colles骨折的临床疗效。方法:老年Colles骨折共64例,其中对照组30例,采用传统手法整复及小夹板外固定治疗;治疗组34例,在对照组基础上,通过骨折三期辨证用中药治疗。结果:在总有效率改善方面,治疗组疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。骨折肿胀消退时间及临床愈合时间比较,治疗组亦优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:手法整复配合中药治疗老年Colles骨折疗效肯定,值得临床推广应用。
Objective：To detect the clinical effect of manipulation combined with Chinese medicine for treating Colles fracture of the elderly.Methods：A total of 64 elderly cases with Colles fracture were divided into control group（30 cases） which were treated with manipulation combined with splint external fixation and treatment group（34 cases） which were treated with manipulation,splint external fixation,and Chinese medicine.Results：The improvement of total effective rate in treatment group was superior to the control group（P0.05）.And the time of fracture swelling regression and clinical healing in treatment group was superior to the control group（P0.01）.Conclusion：Combined with manipulation and Chinese medicine is effective for treating Colles fracture of elderly,and it is certainly worthy for clinical application.
