摘要
随着北京地区文献资源共享格局的不断变化,尤其是CALIS原文传递共享版系统的推出与服务费用的下调,BALIS原文传递发展既面临某些困境,又逐渐具备合作和开放发展的成熟条件。论文在分析BALIS原文传递面临某些困境的同时,对其如何摆脱困境、实现开放发展进行了尝试性探讨。
With the ever-changing situation in the literature resource sharing market in Beijing,especially CALIS original text transmission＇s introduction and downward modulation of service expenses which shares one edition of systems,BALIS original text transmission＇s development not only face some predicaments but also possesses cooperation and open development gradually.This paper analyzes BALIS original text transmission＇s predicament,discusses how extricate itself from a predicament and realize open development.
