摘要
对改性海泡石对废水中重金属(Fe^3+)吸附能力的研究,考察了多种改性条件对海泡石性能的影响,得到在温度100℃、盐酸浓度lmol/L时,改性后海泡石的吸附能力的最佳,为6.0mg/g。同时比较了7种粘合剂、6种溶剂对海泡石成型的影响,经过对成型后的收率、机械强度、粘结度、水性、价格等因素,得聚氯乙烯为最优粘合剂、环己酮为最优溶剂,并考察了粒径对海泡石吸附能力影响,得粒径为0.5—1mm时海泡石的吸附能力最佳。
Studied on removal of the heavy metal ions ( Fe^3+ ) from waste-water by modified sepiolite. Some modified conditions of sepiolite were investigated, optimal conditions: temperature 100℃,concentration of hydrochloric acid 1mol/L, The adsorption capacity of modified sepiolite was 6.0mg/g. 7 kinds of adhesives and 6 kinds of solvents were compared with each other, comprehensively considered from yiled, mechanical strength, degree of bonding, Aqueous,price and so on, PVC which was as adhesive and Cyclohexanone which was as optimal solvent were determined,and particle size of sepiolite on Adsorption capacity of sepiolite was investigated. 0.5μ mm Which was best particle size of sepiolite were determind.
