摘要 本文报道了用聚乙烯(PE)接枝顺丁烯二酸二丁酯(DBM)合成P(E-g-DBM)接枝共聚物的反应,红外光谱,元素分析结果表明:PE 接枝 DBM 是可行的,并且采用熔融法接枝反应比溶液法容易进行。对 PVC/LDPE/P(E-g-DBM)共混物的力学性能(电子强力试验)、相态结构(光学显微镜和扫描电镜 SEM 观察)研究表明:P(E-g-DBM)对 PVC/LDPE 共混有增容作用,其作用强度随着 P(E-g-DBM)中 DBM 含量适当提高而增强。 The graft copolymer of PE with dibutyl maleate(DBM),P(E—g—DBM),has been synthesized in xylene solution and in melted state of PE respectively.The results of IR spectrum and element analysis show,that the graft copolyme-rization of PE with DBM is feasible and that the reaction in melted state iseasier than that in the xylene solution of PE.It is found that the P(E—g—DBM)may be used as a compatibilizer for the PVC/LDPE blends,and its compatibilizingeffect on the PVC/LDPE blends is increased with increasing of DBM content inP(E—g—)DBM through the study of the machanical Properties and phase stru-ctures of the blends.
